AMERICAN EAGLE PACKAGING

Before using American Eagle we had a supplier that sold us boxes, now we have a business partner that manages our packaging for us on a daily basis. They are a key part of our operation.

We used to have issues with our packaging. Things like dealing with changing lead times and constantly running out of boxes. After American Eagle implemented our service program, those problems went away.

The JIT program we receive from American Eagle Packaging allows us to keep inventory levels at our facility at a minimum with very little risk of running out. In addition, if an emergency does occur and we need packaging within hours, American Eagle is able to be responsive when these situations arise because they have our packaging on their floor and they own and operate their own fleet of trucks which gives them complete control over deliveries.

One of the key benefits of working with American Eagle Packaging is their Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program. By allowing American Eagle to VMI our packaging items, we leverage their large vendor base and never have to worry about ordering those items again. They keep in constant communication and maintain the ideal inventory level for our usage by keeping up-to-date on our production schedule, performing on-site physical inventory counts, and customizing inventory reports. They never let us run out of the product.
