Our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Just-InTime (JIT) delivery programs are custom designed based on your specific needs and requirements. History & Vision

In 1988, two high school friends set out to form a company that separated itself in a traditional marketplace. The end result of those concepts, meetings, and dreams is American Eagle.

From the first day we opened, our goal was to “spoil” our customers. We have maintained that goal with a passion. When we handle our customer’s product, we treat it as if it were our own. When we design our customer’s packaging, we approach it as if the product inside was our own. It is this type of commitment that has allowed us to exceed our customer’s expectations for over 30 years.

Resources

From our modest, two person beginning, we now have a team of forty professionals involved in sales, accounting, warehousing, distribution, and management functions. We have expanded from our main Elgin facility by adding three additional distribution centers in the surrounding Chicagoland area, totaling over 200,000 square feet of floor space.

Partnering with established, successful businesses in the Chicagoland, Southern Wisconsin, & NW Indiana areas, American Eagle has worked with packaging in nearly every industry. Our Account Executives have over 150 years of combined experience, sourcing custom & stock items from over 600 vendors & manufacturers.

Our inventory and accounting software systems allow us to manage and generate custom reports for all our customers.
